With the affiliation of our USA operations, we will not provide any services to the countries that are sanctioned by the United States of America. These countries include, but not limited to:Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’lvoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.

ZEN agency team is a task force set up in the corporate office in Los Angeles to provide complete service, assistance and satisfaction. The dedicated team is in charge of the following:

&· Research and Development for Sales & Marketing
&· Developing global operations covering Asia, Europe, North and Central/South America, Africa, Australia, etc.
&· Setting up agency networks worldwide
&· Coordinating between 6 offices of ZEN/China, 2 offices of ZEN/USA, and agents for providing customized services
&· Promoting customer resources with agents in favor of mutual advantage in a long term basis
&· Exploring Project Cargo (such as iron ore, woodchips, heavy lifts, etc.), break bulk and specialized Petro-Chemical
  products/infrastructure, etc.
&· Signing Service Contract with ship owner/principal for operating shipping agency/booking agency/chartering
  business in China and the U.S.
